Royston Glass will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you using the address you supplied when making your online purchase. Royston Glass reserves the right to decline orders for bulk, high value or otherwise suspicious purchases..
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information contained within our site. If for whatever reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will offer the nearest possible alternative or issue a full refund where payment has already been processed.
Prices
Goods are charged as shown on the order summary page on the date the customer places the order. The total cost itemises delivery cost and VAT. In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price. In these circumstances you will not be bound to continue with the purchase and you will be asked to email us to confirm you wish to proceed.
Payment
We accept payment using most major credit/debit cards and Pay Pal. Goods will only be released once payment has been received by us in full.

Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number that your credit/debit card has on file this will ensure no delays in processing your order.
Delivery Information
We can deliver to addresses within the UK.
Delivery charges are calculated on a per product basis. Normally when you add products to your cart the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. However in certain circumstances due to oversize, and/or over weight, and/or location additional charges may apply over and above those quoted. We will advise you if there are any additional charges when your order has been received by us for processing. In such circumstances you will not be bound to continue with your purchase and will be asked to email should you wish to proceed.
Please allow between 10 -15 business days for shipping of merchandise. Goods will be delivered by courier Mon to Fri and should arrive between 9am and 5pm. Saturday deliveries are available at an additional cost, please contact us for details. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for delivery or for you to collect from your local depot.
Every item we sell is carefully checked before shipment. Please check the condition of the goods before signing for them. If any goods appear damaged be sure that they are signed for as damaged with the courier. Please note that we unable to accept liability if goods are not signed for correctly. All items must be unpacked and checked within 24hrs of receipt. Any damages must be reported via email to andyrawson@roystonglass.co.uk.

Unwanted Goods
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on unwanted goods unless they are faulty or identified as damaged on receipt of delivery.
Any returns must be agreed and authorised by us in writing before they can be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Goods
Any return of goods must be agreed and authorised by us in writing before they can be accepted. Please report faults within 24hrs of delivery. Goods will only be replaced or refunded after this time at company discretion.
If you purchase goods from us that are found to be faulty we will supply a replacement product, arrange for repair or give a full refund of the purchase price. Simply return the goods via post or carrier (you are advised to obtain a proof of posting certificate available from Post Office or carriers at no additional charge). Upon receipt we will examine goods. We aim to provide a replacement, arrange a repair or refund within 14days.
Guarantee
Terms and Conditions of manufacturers guarantee cover product for a period of 12months. This guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse. This does not affect any Statutory Rights.
Industry Tolerances
Our standard cutting and machine tolerances are +/- 2mm. Returns due to material supplied within normal manufacturing tolerances will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Colour Reproduction
Reproduction of colour online is as accurate as photographic and electronic processes allow.
